GET SCHOOL-READY IN A SNAP!

The clock is ticking, your ride is waiting... ahh! You've got to get ready for school fast, but you've also gotta look great! Here's how to make the most of your hair and makeup in merely minutes.

IF YOU'VE ONLY GOT 5 MINUTES...

Apply a light oil-free moisturizer to clean skin.

Lightly brush transluscent powder on your face.

Add a sweep of rosy blush to cheeks. (Or rub in pink lipstick in a pinch!)

Brush a light-colored eye shadow - choose a natural or shimmery color - over your whole lid.

Swipe on a coat of black or brown mascara.

Slick lips with sparkly or clear lip gloss.

Do a speedy updo with your towel-dried hair. Just yank it into a ponytail, twirl into a bun, and hold in place with an elastic or a few pins. You can leave it pinned up, or take it down at lunch - it will have soft waves. (Don't worry if it doesn't look perfect - messy is hot!)

IF YOU'VE GOT 15 MINUTES TO SPARE...

Got a quarter of an hour? That's plenty of time to do more polished makeup and hair.

Apply tinted moisturizer using clean fingertips, or a makeup sponge.

Cover up under-eye circles with a yellow-toned concealer - dab it close to lower lashes and in the corner of eyes (near the nose), and blend very well.

Dust face with transparent powder.

Sweep rosy blush on cheeks - right on apples if your face is rounder, or higher up if your face is slim.

Apply 2 colors of eye shadow. Brush a natural-looking shade on lids, then a darker shade in the crease and at the outer third of lids. Blend well so there's no line between them.

Apply 2 thin coats of mascara, allowing 10 seconds of drying time between each.

Scrunch product into your hair and blow-dry. Or, if hair is too time-consuming, you can do a ponytail, or pop on a cute headband.

Apply a pretty color of lip gloss. You're good to go!

IF YOU'VE GOT 30 MINUTES TO GET READY...

Follow the tips for getting ready in 15 minutes, then add these extra steps...

Added to the makeup and powder on your face, consider a brush of highlighter or bronzer. Gently swept across the face, it will create a slight shimmer and warm glow.

To make eyes stand out more, include eye liner in the mix. Start at the inside corner of your eye, and work your way out. Keep the line as close as you can to the base of your lashes. For liner that lasts all day, go over the line with eye shadow in the same color, using a thin makeup brush to apply it.

Blow-dry your hair, then add extra volume by popping in velcro rollers. Leave them in for 10 minutes (eat some breakfast!), then carefully remove and shake out your tresses (don't brush). Have a great day, gorgeous!
