Dear Jellybean,
I don't get enough sleep! In order to be ready for school, I have to wake up at 5:45, because the bus comes insanely early.
Which means to get enough sleep, I'd have to fall asleep at around 8:45, which is ridiculous! I've never been able to fall asleep when I want to, it sometimes takes me hours. I haven't fallen asleep before 11:30 in months and months. No matter how tired I am, even if I hadn't gotten any sleep the night before, I can't sleep. It's not about issues that I'm worried about or anything, I've been like this all my life. But my school starts so early now and I go through the day in a daze all the time. Coffee helps a little, but I don't drink it that often because I think too much caffiene is an unhealthy habit. It's even affected test grades in the past. How can I get enough sleep?
