Choosing One Extra-Curricular

Dear Jellybean,

I love two extra-curricular activities at school - band and volleyball. Sadly, the seasons for these two things are at the same time of year. I've gotten through one year of both of these and I lost a lot of sleep and didn't eat very much. My coach and band director both compliment me on my skills but I can't keep doing both without completely falling apart.

Hates Where She Lives

Dear Jellybean,

Okay, so I absolutely hate where I live. I live in a downstairs apartment from my uncle. I'm not rich, even in the slightest, so I can't afford to move. I live with my mom, her boyfriend, and 6 cats in a 4 room basement apartment. I mean, I've seen worse, but I'm still really embarrassed by it. It's gross looking to me and I don't want to have anyone over because of it.

Needs Conversation Skills

Dear Jellybean,

I have this problem where I can't hold a conversation at all. People have commented on it before. I feel so boring because I never have anything useful to say. Or when I try to say something it just sounds stupid and pointless.

Tennis Player Getting Freaked Out

Not Good at Anything
