My greatest fear is really tall heights and I always try to conquer it because it really scares me but I love roller coasters so whenever I go to a theme park I test my fear.

It may sound silly and childish but I have a fear of ghosts. I have tried to overcome my fear of ghosts but somehow I still have it. I think it takes time to overcome a fear. It could take you months, even years. Some of the things I have have done to face my fear is go to my friends house or my house in the dark and just face them.

My greatest fear is probably talking to a guy I like. It's scary because I get very nervous. And I have tried to face it but it never seems to work out right.

My greatest fear is blood. Not really mine so much, but seeing other people's blood. It, for some reason, just bothers me to the point that I feel dizzy. I cannot stand to see it and I'm so afraid to look at it for fear of throwing up or passing out. I did try to face it once, a few months ago, when my friend was in the hospital with an infection from a deep cut she got. A group of my friends and I went to visit her while she was there. I was told that we might see the wound and got a little nervous right then. I took a deep breath and hoped I wouldn't faint. As I entered, I was relieved to see that the wound was bandaged. We sat and talked with her for a while. Then, a nurse came in and said she had to change the bandage. Again, I got scared. I really didn't want to see it, but I decided not to turn away. I thought it might not be so bad. Man, was I wrong. As the nurse peeled off the bandage, I saw the infection and got really woozy. Next thing I knew, i woke up with the nurse and my friends standing over me, asking if I was alright. I sat up slowly, and told them I was fine, and I just needed a minute to relax. The point was, I still was afraid of blood, and next time, I'll look away.

My greatest fear in the world was to lose the ones closest to me. Now I dont think I could've tried to face that, but when I did lose them in fact yes I did face it, I had no other choice.

My biggest fear is going on airplanes. I hate feeling like I'm inside a tin can. It makes me feel so out of control, like if anything happened I couldn't do anything to help, or even jump out, it's not like they give you a parachute when you get on board. Also I am really small so if anything ever happened I could get trampled if people panicked. Honestly I'd like to say I was facing my fear but my solution is never go on planes!

I hate bugs, like really hate them, more than most people. If I even see an insect out of the corner of my eye, like in class or at home, I freak out and start screaming. I can't help it. I'm not about to go sit and look at bugs on purpose so I guess you could say I'm not doing much to face my fears. I don't see why I should get used to bugs!

My biggest fear is panic attacks. I have a panic attack disorder so I experience them weekly. Certain things, like over overcrowdedness, can set them off, or even just at random they can happen. However, I have gone to several classes, counseling and I am able to deal with living with them, even if it's diffucult. But even if I can deal with them they still scare me a lot.

My greatest fear is sort of weird, but I have a huge irrational fear of vomiting or vomit (also known as aeronausiphobia.) I can't stand seeing someone get sick, so I just cover my ears and go "LALALALA!". I have tried to conquer my fear by not covering my ears and thinking about other stuff other than the person being sick. I have a long way to go, but I am getitng there and making lots of progress!
