Dear Jellybean,
I got highlights about 4 months ago and I really like them but now they are growing out and it is starting to look bad.
I really don't want to get them done again because my mom says I have to pay for them and plus I'm sick of them but if I let them grow out my hair will look really bad. What should I do?
