Step One: Do The Rest Of Your Makeup
Since your lipstick should be the last step in your makeup routine, do the rest of your makeup first. Once your face looks fabulous - eyes are done, cheeks are glowing, etc. - you can do your lipstick. Step Two: Do A Little Lip Prep
If you use translucent powder, give your lips a pat with the powder puff. This make a great base for lip color. You can also use a thin layer of foundation for the same purpose.
