Ashley Olsen proves that the prettiest makeup look can be a fresh-faced one. Steal the style that makes Ashley look so fabulous, with these simple step-by-step makeup tips from Myjellybean.com.
What You'll Need:
Foundation or tinted moisturizer
Concealer
Peach-toned cream or gel blush
Eye shadow trio in cream, beige and light brown
Eyeliner brush (thin, pointed or slanted makeup brush)
Black mascara
Nude lipstick
Clear ligloss
Face the Camera
Right after applying your regular daily moisturizer, while face is still moist, dab a few dots of your foundation or tinted moisturizer on your nose and across your cheeks. Blend outwards and downwards for sheer coverage, making sure to go over the jawline (so there's no tell-tale makeup line between face and neck).
Then apply concealer (if needed) to the inner corners of the eyes and underneath to cover dark circles. You may also wish to lightly smear some concealer across eyelids, as a base before applying shadow.
Blushing Babe
Grab your cream brush in a peachy tone. If your face is round, apply it to the apples of the cheeks (grin widely to find them), and blend outwards. If your face is narrower, start on the apples, and blend upwards along the cheekbones, then out towards ears. Whatever your face shape, be sure to blend your blush well. It should look like a natural flush, with no obvious line where the makeup starts and stops.
Eye Look Great
Now pick up your eye shadow trio. Apply the medium (beige) color to lids, from lashes to creases. The darker (light brown) shade goes in the creases. Blend upwards and downwards until it seamlessly melds into lids. Finally, to highlight eyes, apply the lightest shade just beneath the brow, from under the arch (the highest peak) of brow to the outer corner. Blend, blend, blend, so it melts into skin.
