Dear Jellybean,
There's this clique at my school and last year they wanted to be friends but I shut them down. As a result, they were mad at me. But this year they are trying to be nice to me again.
They laugh at all my jokes and say hi to me. They crowd at my conversations and compliment me (sometimes even in front of the whole class). It looks like they are trying to be my friends again. However, my close friends dont like them and think they are catty and get into drama.
I trust my old friends, but the clique has never been mean to me. Also, I always wonder what would happen if I just became their friend. Because I don't like a lot of my friends I have now. I want a second chance to meet people. but I don't know if that's the right thing to do. Please help me.
