When the cold weather brings a chill, the crafty girl's mind turns to leg warmers!
These perennial fashion favorites are an awesome way to look stylish and keep toasty warm too.
Wear your DIY legwarmers over jeans or tights, and let the fashion envy begin!
Just follow these simple instructions from Myjellybean.com to create your newest winter accessory.
We've got a no-sew version for beginning crafters, and a sew-cute option for those who are comfy with a needle and thread (or sewing machine).
NO-SEW LEG WARMERS
What You'll Need:
-Sweatpants, or a sweatshirt, that you longer need
-Scissors
Step One:
Grab your sweatpants and cut the legs off several inches above the knee. (Or, for shorter and less baggy leg warmers, cut the arms off a sweatshirt several inches above the elbow). That's it - just flip them over and pull them on (cuff first if you used sweatpant legs). You've got a cute new accessory, and it only took a few minutes!
