Dear Jellybean, I really like this guy. We are decent friends but we go to different schools and they are far away from each other. We see each other every few months and he mentions that he plans on hanging out with me when he is close. I am busy with school and I know that he is as well, and we text about 4 out of 7 days of the week, but he takes a long time to answer, if he answers at all. I feel rejected if he doesn't answer me!
I certainly don't want to be annoying or clingy or whatever to him so I feel weird when I text him sometimes, because I figure, well if he wanted to talk to me he would... but then another part of me thinks, well maybe he is also thinking he doesn't want to be annoying and if I wanted to talk to him I would. WELL I DO! But I am not sure if he knows that.
So do I text him first? Is it bad that he doesn't answer texts or takes a long time to answer? Thanks so much!
