Pretty sure only ukers will understand how annoying this phrase has become ahha
But seriously, does no carbs on limited carb intake have any benefits in relation to weight loss?

God got a virgin pregnant by magic. If he's not playing by the rules; nor am I.
BUS WANKER!
I'd definitely say so! The reason I like that type of diet is that it allows you to eat like a pig and still lose weight. I used to eat around 1,800 calories a day and weighed 120lb, but this past year I went super low carb and I got down to 114lb by eating up to 3,500 calories a day. That's with muscle too, since I used weights, which means a lot of fat was lost.
Low carb stuff I like to eat/drink:
Any meat (salami, bacon, turkey, ground beef, etc)
Any cheese (provolone, gouda, cheddar, etc)
Eggs (scrambled, deviled, hard boiled, egg salad)
Flax crackers
Pancakes (egg + chia seeds + lecithin) <lecithin for brain health & fiber
Quiche with ground almond crust
Walnuts, almonds, sunflower seeds (in small portions, in large portions...they're high in carbs)
Seltzer water with lemon & stevia
Cream on berries and with cocoa
Almond milk
Carbs I still eat (try to eat in small portions):
Berries (they're the lowest in sugar of fruits..but still I try not to eat 4 bowls of blueberries like I used to lol)
Dark chocolate
Milk in tea and occasionally with cocoa
Greek yogurt (sometimes with lemon or vanilla extract)
Vegetables (green beans, broccoli, celery, cucumber)
Vegetable juice (kale, celery)
Vegetable soup (pureed kale, broccoli, spinach, cumin, thyme, paprika, ginger, lemon)
Raw broccoli with dip
Spinach onion feta salad
Stuff I skip (Any food high in carbs):
Pastas
Bread
Cereal
Rice
Muffins
Crackers
Carby vegetables like potatoes and carrots
Pizza
Beans (they're good for you though, so I eat them maybe 2x a month)
