    Meal Log

    This is just a thing to help me stay on my new 5 small meals a day plan. The meals are not supposed to be bigger than 300 calories or so, and I'm trying hard to avoid the unhealthy things that I eat a lot of (ie. bagels and diet soda).

    Today, Feb 22nd:

    Meal 1: Small cup of tomato soup with whole grain pasta, yogurt & berries cup, coffee (~300)
    Meal 2: Mini-pita and egg salad pack (200) and cup of grapes (60)
    Meal 3 : Chocolate bar (treat for after my midterm lol - 230)
    Meals 4 and 5 to come!

    Yesterday I combined meals 4 and 5 with a large salad. oh well, at least it was healthy.

    February 23rd:

    Meal 1: Small cup of tomato soup, yogurt and berries cup (300)
    Meal 2: Mini-pita and egg salad pack (200)
    Meal 3 : Mini macaroni bowl (220)
    Meal 4: Pack of oatmeal (130) and hot chocolate (120)
    Meal 5: Haven't eaten it yet, will probably eat an instant noodle bowl because that's all I have

    Total Calories: Around 1300, if I factor in how much is in the noodle bowl.

    So I'm keeping to my limits well so far. I usually try to go for a jog/walk, but the weather's been so cold and crappy lately. :/

    February 24th:

    Meal 1: Pack of oatmeal (130)
    Meal 2: Half of bagel with light cream cheese (190)
    Meal 3 : Other half of the bagel (190)

    So I broke down and got a bagel. I'll try to make up for it with a fruit and salad dinner I guess lol. It's weird, I haven't been feeling hungry at all. The first couple days of this I felt like I was starving, maybe my body is adjusting or something.
