This is just a thing to help me stay on my new 5 small meals a day plan. The meals are not supposed to be bigger than 300 calories or so, and I'm trying hard to avoid the unhealthy things that I eat a lot of (ie. bagels and diet soda).
Today, Feb 22nd:
Meal 1: Small cup of tomato soup with whole grain pasta, yogurt & berries cup, coffee (~300)
Meal 2: Mini-pita and egg salad pack (200) and cup of grapes (60)
Meal 3 : Chocolate bar (treat for after my midterm lol - 230)
Meals 4 and 5 to come!
