    I need to lose my ass

    I know girls on here are always like, "I wish I had a big butt" and I dunno why they say that. Anyways, so I know that with weight loss you can't really control where you lose it, but if I did toning exercises (along with a regular workout) like you find in 8 minute buns or whatever, would that help me to lose my butt a bit?

    i feel like those butt workouts will just tone your butt, not make you lose the fat..i think the only way is to lose weight overall. but i'm with those girls who say they want a big butt though, haha..i want to lose weight everywhere else but keep my butt, i like having some curves!
