    Dr. D's Progress

    Okay, so this is my first time doing something like this. And hopefully my last because hopefully it turns out successful. I'm just going to use this to track what I eat and how much I exercise. I'll start tomorrow because I have no freaking clue what I ate today, haha.

    Goal: Lose 20 pounds by Easter. Although I'm not exactly sure of my weight now and I don't have a scale around to measure myself, but we'll see how this goes!

    Day 1:
    Breakfast:
    Nuts and Fruits Granola Bar

    Lunch:
    Salad consisting of romaine, cucumbers, carrots, green peppers, chick peas, egg, chicken, fat-free italian dressing, and sunflower seeds
    Fat Free Milk

    Snack:
    Pack of peanut butter crackers

    Dinner:
    Salad consisting of romaine, cucumbers, carrots, green peppers, egg, regular italian dressing, and sunflower seeds
    Turkey and mashed potatoes
    Whole milk

    Snack:
    Goldfish. Idk how much, probably like half a cup.


    I normally don't have two snacks in one day, but I had to wait longer than normal to eat dinner so I ate the crackers.
    Any thoughts on improvements?

    Lol, totally forgot about this already. Not a good sign. So I'm going to count today as the official Day 1.

    2 nut and fruit granola bars
    Salad of romaine, carrots, cucumbers, egg, ranch, and cheese
    Sandwich made of mayo, lettuce, turkey, whole wheat bread
    Goldfish


    Yeah...Not my best day in terms of food. Kinda slept through lunch so I didn't eat enough today, and what I did eat was not all that healthy.

    Exercise:
    30 minutes on the elliptical. Came out to be 3 miles. Not bad for first time working out in forever.

    Day 2:
    Special K with Strawberries (with whole milk)
    Potatoes

    Applesauce
    Chicken Salad on whole wheat

    Salad of romaine, cucumbers, carrots, Italian dressing
    Burger with Ketchup
    Curly fries with cheese

    Guh. I need to start picking healthier options. Gonna do better today.

    Day 3

    Fruit and Nut Bar
    Bagel sandwich with turkey, mayo, provolone, lettuce
    Chips
    Applesauce
    Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
    Corn
    Meatloaf
    Kit kat bar
    Chai Tea Latte
    Milk

    Lol, remember how I said I was gonna eat better today? Lied.

    Exercise:
    30 minutes biking (6 miles)
    30 minutes walking on the treadmill on the hill program (about 1.5 miles maybe. I forget)
