10am - 1 egg and 2 whites with onions and red pepper, a sliced tomato. Plain yogurt. A coffee.

2pm or so? - Cheesecake Factory, ugh lol. Tiny piece of whole wheat loaf thingy, half an all-veg salad with a tiny tiny bit of oil and vinegar, two fish tacos, a tiny bit of black beans, rice and guacamole. Then half a slice of Snickers cheesecake the boy and I shared, haha. Oh so indulgent.

6:30pm: A few almonds, an apple, a Tilapia fillet and a bit of steamed broccoli.

Around 10pm, after gym - Banana cream protein shake.

Yikes, I have to start posting in here again.

Today I tried to start a low-carb, high-protein diet. Bad bad bad. All I wanted to do was eat cheese.

So uh, I'm going out for pasta, and then starting fresh tomorrow. With a BALANCED diet. Ugh, why do I always try new things when I already know what works best for me?

Zucchini burgers sound delicious, I'm pretty jealous of you on that one.
However...I just remembered that I have two zucchini in my fridge, how stupid of me. Usually I eat them the second I get them.
I think it's time to make some zucchini fries for dinner
