Dear Jellybean,
I was wondering if there are any exercises that would help me target my waist. I'm not fat or chubby, it's just that my waist is unproportionally thick, and it would be a lot easier to buy clothes if I could trim it down.
I'm about 5 feet tall and 110 pounds, with my measurements about 34-30-34. My mom has a thicker waist compared to her body as well, so some of it may well be genetic. But, if there is any advice you could give me to help, I would really appreciate it!
