Dear Jellybean,
So I've decided to make a goal for myself. The only thing standing in the way is a busy schedule and... myself.
I really want to eat healthier. I just don't really have the motivation for it and all the temptations everywhere don't help. I've recently noticed that I'm starting to get a little flabby in the stomach area from my unhealthy habits. I can't really ask anyone else because all my friends say I'm skinny and that I have nothing to worry about, but that doesn't mean I'm happy with it.
I want a lean stomach. I'm hoping that if I get on a good diet and start to do more, rather than being lazy, that I can show some improvement. The other problem is volleyball. I want to do a good core workout everyday if possible, but I have 3 hour volleyball practices each day that sort of constrict me. Right after practice I hop right in the shower and im too tired to do anything else. So how do I fit that in with my schedule?
So can you help me figure out a way to stay motivated to a healthy diet, and do some good core workouts for a more lean stomach that will make me more comfortable and overall happy with myself?
Thanks a billion,
Carly
