Dear Jellybean,
I'm 15 and want to lose weight, but I'm afraid of messing with my metabolism, creating 'fat reserves', etc.
I don't starve myself or over-exercise or anything unhealthy, but I'm still nervous about that and I was wondering if you could tell me the healthy way to lose weight - we're talking 10 pounds or so. Thanks.
