Dear Jellybean,
I really want to lose the fat from my stomach and thighs. I am content with my body, I just wish I had a flat stomach and skinner thighs. How do i do it?
I eat healthy a lot of the time and I do ab exercises, so why isn't it working? It makes me feel so self-conscious and I think I'm fat even though I know it's just my stomach. I won't wear anything tight or tee-shirts... I only wear baggy stuff and it is totally making me look horrible. Please help!
