Dear Jellybean,I've noticed that when I do crunches or other exercises meant to tone my abs it seems like my thighs are straining more than my abs. Am I doing the exercises wrong? (I do situps and pedaling for my abs.) Don't get me wrong, I want toned thighs (and have been using exercises to target them) but a flat tummy is nice too! Please help.
