Dear Jellybean,
I have a really long, complicated history with my current boyfriend. We went through alot for two years before we finally started dating 4 months ago. The only problem is, because of all that, my best friend absolutely HATES him. She won't acknowledge his presence, and changes the subject if I mention him. I really want her to accept him, and he tries to get on her good side, but she won't budge. Is there something I can do to help her see that she's being unreasonable? I've tried talking to her, but it's so frustrating. I just want my best friend to accept a big part of my life! I hate that there's this big tension between us because of him.
