IS HE FLIRTING WITH HER?

Dear Jellybean,

Theres this guy that I really like and Im not sure if he likes me back, and to make things better Im the only girl in the universe that cant flirt and cant tell wen they are being flirted with. So I think he was flirting with me during chorus when I 4got my jacket an he brought it to me, I said he was sweet and he looked at hs feet and said "no im not" really cutely, we also goof off and make up songs 2gether. So my question is Was he flirting and should I ask him to dance at our next dance? or should I drop it and just stay friends with him?

One jacket-bringing does not a flirt make. In other words, your friend could have been flirting, or he could have just been being friendly. It's too hard to tell from one little incident.

If you really like him, why not ask him to dance anyway? Don't make a big deal out of it, just walk up to him at the next school dance, during a fast number, and say something like, "I love this song, wanna dance to it?" If he says no, just say, "Whatever, I just hate to let this song go to waste" and play it off like it wasn't really about him.
